Destiny of Souls: New Case Studies of Life Between Lives (Michael Newton's Journey of Souls, 2)

I have read all Newton's major books which have been fascinated and very helpful in giving new insights especially in regard to in-between lives. Having personally experienced non-stress related out-of-body and white light experiences such research has re-enforced and expanded my understanding.I was hoping to find satisfactory answers to some questions that all my life have caused me much heartache despite all my readings still do not make sense even in the big picture and continue to go unanswered:1. What purpose does it serves individuals who die suddenly or from indiscriminate natural "disasters?2.Prior to having the ability to learn from the experience in their present lives why do the very young suffer and die?3. Since animals do not have free will as humans and live mostly by instinct, what purpose does their suffering serve?...And why would a compassionate creator allow a natural system of carnivores/predators causing so much ongoing stress, fear and suffering in the animal kingdom?4. Why do so many people with so much talent and skill find themselves in circumstances with little opportunity to use those special abilities to make this a better world...Why do not the spirits not work along side us for the greater good rather then allow us to become so discouraged and allow others of greed and cruelty to continue to dominate and decimate our planet?5. Why does prolonged suffering occur amongst animals ...how could they be learning anything to further there spiritual evolvement since unlike man they are instinctual beings without free will ?6. It seems that“lessons” can often be so hard, and or prolonged as to severely traumatized a person and loved ones causing understandable bitterness and regression, especially when earthbound the reasons are unfathomable yet still not revealed to them, which seems counter-productive and cruel ? Christ knew with certainty where he came from, his purpose and where he was going and why he was being crucified while God in spirit by his side, giving much needed comfort and fortitude etc. ...so why not the rest of us ? 7. Childhood would seem waste of time rather then starting at a mature age or where one left off from their last incarnation. It has touched a cord within me and I'm excited to read his next book and also to find a hypnotist in my area who specializes in life between lives.

This book provides you with all the spiritual knowledge that you want to know. Especially if you're on a spiritual awakening journey. Want knowledge on your passed loved ones for comfort? This book has it. Soulmates? This book has it. Pretty much everything! I'd definitely recommend this book for other spiritual souls such as myself. You certainly won't regret it. Keep in mind that this isn't the first book that Dr. Newton has made! Good luck on your soul journey :)

Having studied and researched spiritual literature at great length for nearly 48 years, I must say that this book, as well as the others written by Dr. Newton, have unexpectedly become the "pot of gold at the end of the rainbow." They are like the reward for the adventurer who has spent a lifetime searching. In years gone by, I have read multitudes of books regarding reincarnation and hypnotic regression. They were fascinating reading and certainly helped form the foundation of my philosophy, however, when you have read several, the point is made. I had no desire to read more, but I stumbled on Dr. Newton's books in my search for interesting reading for my Kindle. I tried them, and found that I had to read them all. They certainly represent a magnificent breakthrough in the field of psychology, as well as spiritual knowledge. The vast number of patients (or perhaps clients) that participated in the research of the afterlife experience ( in the many thousands, at least), are enough to convince even a skeptic that there is something here that deserves a second look. There is such an enormous amount of replication of particulars, such as descriptions of activities that souls participate in, and subjects that we study, groupings of souls, management of the learning and evolution of souls, descriptions of how progress occurs, etc. There doesn't seem to be identical terminology for all the afterlife activity, but that certainly lends credibility to the descriptions given by the participants. Dr. Newton was able to write the details of the accounts of many of his subjects in such a way that you almost feel that you are there, particapating in the event. I, frequently, found him asking his subjects just the questions that I would have asked, if I had been the facilitator. I must admit, that occasionally he failed to ask the question I hoped for, or he asked it and the subject replied with a vague answer, or was blocked from answering by his guide. But again, these details lend credability to the whole process. I'm sure that there are many things that we shouldn't know at certain points on our paths, or that we lack complete understanding of. These books represent groundbreaking work in this field of afterlife or between life experience. He has established an institute to train hypnotherapists in his pioneering techniques that have facilitated this entirely new field of knowledge. I highly recommend these books to anyone who wonders what we do after we die, or what the purpose of life really is, or even whether we have a Creator. Although many answers can be found within Newton's books, I must warn you that they will raise many more questions in your minds. You may find yourselves on a path of enquiry and research that you had never anticipated.

I've now read three of Dr Newton's books about what lies ahead for us after we die, at the end of our (current) lifetimes. I'll state here an impossible wish for this moment in time on our planet ... "I Wish" that everyone had the chance to read Dr Newton's books with an open mind, for I guarantee they would thereafter find the opportunity to understand "everything". From that understanding of who we really are as spiritual beings in a physical body, why we are here in this training camp for souls, and why the terrible things we see in our world happen, the shoots of peace and love would grow into a person's life, and then, perhaps, eventually, global harmony might have a chance to become the real goal for people to strive towards. The words do not exist to describe how relevant Dr Newton's books are for everyone on planet earth. If your ears and heart are open, then these books bring with them the opportunity to change your life.

This is a must read for anyone who is interested or starting their journey about spirituality or life beyond deathSeriously this book changed how I look at my life and how I see the people in it.It also really helped to comfort me after losing my partner too.Everyone needs to read this book!

Enjoyed Journey of Souls a lot so I wanted to read this too. Not as good as the original book, in fact it is different. The original was amazing and this is good. It answers one of my questions, about angels. I am happy the author decided to write this book, and even after this, i wish there was a third one. I still want to know more about soul in bedding into a child up to the age of 6/7. I am also interested where and how we get the blocks to erase memories of past life before we come down.

This book is excellent, providing real stories that anyone can find something to relate to. I feel as though I have been given ‘new information’ that even scientists don’t know…great secrets that help chart a path through our lives that everyone should know.I dreaded getting to the last chapter as I knew it was ending. I turned to the front and started to read it again.My favourite book! Thank you

This book along with his other is by far the best two books I have ever read. It's money well spent and both books took me nearly two years to finish as it's a lot of pages and lots of stories/accounts - and to spiritual people like myself who has had experience in this type of thing and is trying to piece together how it all works (even if it doesn't make sense in the physical world) reading these books fits it all together like a jigsaw puzzle. The author has no desire to try and make people believe in God which is another great point (I don't believe in God but have memories of before I was born, and also have had contact with deceased loved ones so I know there is something - books like this help me to put it all together) I am dubious of any book that keeps mentioning god and Michael didn't do that :-)
