We loooove these shoes!
We bought these shoes looking for something that would help prevent our son's feet from pronating. It will obviously be a long time before we know how well it works in the long term, but we can report that he loves them.Comfort - These are the first shoes that we haven't had to check regularly to make sure he hasn't slipped them off while were out shopping. He doesn't fight us when putting them on and leaves them on once we do.Ease of Use - These shoes are so easy to put on and take off. The one velcro strap opens easily and one side of the tongue is completely detached, allowing the shoe to open wide and allow his foot to slide in or out with incredible ease. It takes moments to put his shoes on now. We used to dread putting his shoes on because his tall foot didn't slide into most slip-ons and lace-up shoes had to have the laces pulled half out to get his foot in and then tightened to try to keep them on his foot. These are so easy.Durability - These are currently his only shoes and after three months of daily use, they still look new. They are very light weight and dry out quickly. He stepped in a mucky stream bed and the shoes didn't absorb any of the smells. We will be buying his next shoes from Tsukihoshi.

Sturdy, comfortable toddler shoes
I love this brand of shoe and have been buying them for my kids for two years. They fit right out of the box with no breaking-in period, and my kids play in them for hours with no complaints of discomfort. We own other brands of shoes, but they always choose these, presumably because they are the most comfortable. They wash beautifully and come out looking new, and they really hold up to wear and tear. They do eventually fall apart after 6-12 months of daily wear (if they haven't been outgrown first), but that's longer than I've gotten out of any other brand of kids shoe. Yes, they are a little pricey, but I'd rather spend $60 on one great pair of shoes than $60 on three pairs my kid refuses to wear or that break right away.

Super happy with this shoe
Regarding size: The measurement listed in centimeters on the shoe seems to be for the foot clearance within. For a size 8, this is 15.5 cm. Size 8.5 = 16 cm, 9 = 16.5 cm, 9.6 = 17 cm clearance. So, for my son's foot which I measured as 15.5 cm long, I found success with a size 9 Tsukihoshi Kaz which was described as 16.5 cm on the shoe -- gives him room to grow but not too loose. (I've gathered from reviews that this changes in sizes above 10.)As for the shoe itself, the Kaz is awesome. Kid said they were very comfortable, and he flew around the house demonstrating how fast they made him. He's small with regular (not wide) feet. Shoe is beautiful too, in the blue/tangerine colors we ended up with.

Simply the best kids sneakers
These shoes are by far more durable than any of the many other kids shoes we've tried for our children. Our son in particular will wear out a pair of Nike's in 3 months or so, but we get around 9 months from these. They fit his wide foot very well (and run large fyi). This model provides more flexion than any other we've tried, similar to the Nike Free they used to make for kids or the New Balance Minimus Kids I also can't find anymore, tho far better construction quality than either.

Love these shoes!
We can't say enough good things about Tsukihoshi shoes. They are sturdy, can withstand a wild toddler, and best of all, can be tossed in the washer. Also, our daughter wears orthotics and these are some of the only shoes that have a velcro strap long enough and a wide toe box to accomodate. We've owned probably 6 pairs of these shoes and plan to buy more in the future.

Kaz sneaker perfect for wider feet
I have bought several Tsukihoshi shoes for my daughters over the last few years because they have wider feet. For whatever reason, this particular style, the Kaz sneaker, is wider and has more arch support than the Glitz shoe or other styles by Tsukihoshi. Sometimes the shoe can almost be too wide, but I'd much rather have that problem than being too narrow. I also love the fact than you can wash these shoes, and they are still sturdy after washing them. Yes, they are more expensive, but I think they are worth it if your child has wide(r) feet.

Size chart is not accurate.
These shoes look super cute, however I ended up returning because size chart was way off by a full size. Says 6.5" length would be a size 9 (compared to most charts that say it would be equivalent to a size 10) so I followed their chart thinking they would know what they're selling. That didn't turn out so well...we needed something quick for my son so we had no time to exchange and ended up with a different brand. Also, I was told this brand is good for wide feet...not so sure about that. Yes, the toe bed was wide on this style but narrower than I was expecting for the rest of the shoe.

Look great, flexible sole
We were a "Stride-Rite" only family until I ordered these through Prime Wardrobe and tried them on my almost-2 year old. These shoes are so perfect for him. They are very flexible - much more so than stride-rites- which is great for his little feet. He puts them on every morning all by himself, usually on the correct feet even! They have worn really well, look almost as new as the day we bought them despite being worn every day for the past 90 days straight and the many puddles he has jumped in. I will be buying this brand again! They have worn better than any stride-rite we bought in the past for either of our boys.

Excelente producto
Excelente calidad, ligeros pero con buen soporte, bonitos, los he comprado por segunda vez para mi pequeño de 3 años, anteriormente los compré cuando comenzaba a caminar. Aunque son algo costosos lo valen totalmente.
