Great hula hoop. Has some weight to it and has a good grip. Unable to be used on hard, bumpy or rough surfaces or it might rip the foam off.

Excellent product find I need a bit of weight to keep the hula hoop spinning this was easy to use and gives you a full cardio workout. Just pop my iPhone on my headphones for 40 minutes or roughly 6 songs and I’ve done my workout! So enjoyable and doesn’t feel like your going to the gym quite the contrary. Stomach feels great afterwards

Okay product however 2 of the sections were broken so I had to superglue them into place

Weight is perfect but I can't figure out what the small foams are for... Or am I just dumb
