I have quite severe IBS & have tried so many types of Probiotics over the past few years.These Kinerva Probiotics work out more expensive than many I have tried,however they are by far the best I have ever used.For the first two weeks I had a lot of bloating & gurgling issues,while my stomach got used to these capsules but I expected that as your stomach has to get used to the types of friendly bacteria & also they need to get established.Now that I have been taking these with my evening meal for a few weeks I can see a definite improvement in my bloating issues etc.I take two each day & my stomach is definitely a lot flatter in the mornings than it used to be.I even managed to eat a three course meal at my sons wedding recently,without my stomach expanding to the point where my outfit looked terrible...that is a massive improvement for me,I had thought that I would have to not eat the meal.All in all I do recommend these Probiotic capsules,but it is a matter of finding what suits you best especially if you have IBS.
