Helikon-TexCLASSIC ARMY JACKET - Fleece SHADOW GREY XS/Regular

I like this fleece. The fit, finish, and cut are all good. Plenty of room in the sleeves for movement even if you have a sweater underneath. It's a nice shade of green quite properly described as olive. I do think the army stopped using plain green years ago?It's warm and breathable and great for wearing in light showers since there is a reinforced panel across the shoulders. It's my second Helikon fleece and is much thinner than the Patriot fleece. I'd say it's medium weight about the thermal value of a woolen sweater.recommended

Worn this jacket through the early part of the year and was very impressed. Keeps you warm and useful as a base layer under a waterproof outer coat. Plenty of pockets, hard wearing and looks smart. Only negative, no very water repellent hence only 4 stars. Strongly recommend this garment, will definitely purchase again.

This is a decent jacket in terms of design and met my requirement for an everyday jacket that was also suitable for weekend bushcraft in the woods although from a warmth perspective it works best in combination with layers.

Liked everything about this jacket except possibly the feeling that one is back in the services.

Damn good kit, fits under my smock a treat.

Nice quality. A little larger than expected everywhere but the length is okay. The drawstring on the waist and sleeves pull it in to make it fit better. I've kept the fleece for wearing when I take the dog for a walk and I've ordered another in medium for wearing at other times.

Garment is excellent, but the sizes are a bit concerning, I am a large to ex-large every day of the week, but a medium would have been quite sufficiently, annoying, delivery was fast and very on time .!!!
