Don't buy this Product not support for long time
Order कर के मंगायी गयी tray ज्यादा दिन नही चलती और कुछ ही दिनों में Printer को भी खराब कर देती हैOrder के 5 दिन बाद ही मुझे सर्विस सेंटर आना पड़ाऔर खुद ही कटर से CD काट के Original tray में फिट करके बनानी पड़ी।उसके बाद कोई प्रॉब्लम नहीं आयी

Solution if Your Tray Is getting ejected
if the tray white posttion look different/the hole is not there in white portion as shown in figure the make hole as shown in picture otherwise the tray will get ejected everytime.not recomend this tray as this tray i thicker then

Wasteage of money
No software was given given by the seller to update in printer. Without software the tray is useless waste of money. I prefer to buy Kataria pvc cd tray they give software cd with the tray
