*** One month update below*** Been taking these for just over a week. Gave me headaches in the first couple of days but they seemed to have gone now. Now my breasts started to feel a little sore, so definitely elevated my hormone levels. Will the effects last only while I'm taking them or are they gonna be permanent cause I have some safety concerns. I wonder how safe are these in longterm use. Can long term use cause same issues as hrt such as cancer, endometriosis, ovarian cysts etc? *** UPDATE*** So after taking these for a month I took measurements and my chest grew 1cm. It also looks rounder and fuller and feels heavier. 7 weeks later : the growth stopped and there is no more tenderness, so I think I will up my dose to 2 capsules and see what happens. Just bought my 3rd pack.
