Poor grind quality, LOUD and slowwwww - avoid
Speaking from experience having owned it and giving it away. The biggest problem is the ultra-fine-powder that makes the coffee tastes bitter. It is loud with an annoying winey noise, and because it is so slow, you get to hear it for a good amount of time. The collection chamber is clumsy, because you would probably want to grind right before you use it, not to grind 200grams and use it over two days, so once you grind you have to take it out and use a spoon to get all the coffee out because it clings to the side due to static electricity, on the other hand, it keeps the surrounding clean. In all, I think it is a waste of money and it offers no advantage over a simple electric blade grinder (krups/bosch), where you fill the exact amount (no stale coffee retention!) and once you get the hang of it, after 4-5 seconds (quite seconds) you get pretty decent grind for pour over or Moka pot.The only reason I give it 2 stars instead of 1, is that compared to cheap manual grinders, like the Hario (==terrible), it is somewhat better.
