One of the 2 sets I ordered arrived with 3 broken plates, however, Amazon quickly sent another which arrived in good condition and told me to keep the remaining pieces from the broken set! I now have extra plates, bowls, and cups, just in case I manage to break any myself. The set is beautiful and a pleasure to serve a meal on for my family and friends.

I love this pretty, sturdy dish set! Microwave and dishwasher safe, beautiful design. A couple of glitches 1) a bowl was broken when the set arrived. 2) four of the eight dinner plates where uneven, warped. Great news the manufacturer immediately acknowledged the issue when I requested replacements and promptly sent me them to me, no questions asked. Great customer service! I would not hesitate to order from this company again.

I read a lot of reviews before I purchased these dishes. Everything good that was said about these dishes is true. There is a weight to them, they feel sturdy and look great. The dishes are a good size; bowls are deep and cups are plenty big. The salad plates are beautiful. I wanted a very neutral set of dishes that would go with every season and event; these fit the bill. I would definitely recommend this set or purchase them as a gift for someone else.
