Well built and is not too loud.
It is well built and fits the bike. My Grandson would like it much louder, but it is just right.

Fun for my son
We got this for my son for his 7th birthday. It sounds great. The only issue is that it doesn't quite fit my son's bike, and there's not a good way to rig it up. Make sure you check the measurements before you buy to be sure it will fit.

Plastic muffler is over sized for his bike.It has no connection to noise part. It is only cards that run on spokes. waste of money .

Bicycle Exhaust Sound
The “muffler” itself is just for asthetics and did not have a “megaphone” effect that I was looking for. I knew from the get go that I would have to modify the brackets to make the card clicker to work. Water does not effect the clicker. Overall I was better off just using playing cards and saved me $. I do not recommend.
