Very easy to install, to replace the old worn out cracked ones. I was expecting this to be a big ordeal, but it could not have been simpler. I wish I had replaced it sooner

I had more trouble getting the old rusty units out than installing the new ones. Popped in with literally a snap! I managed to install without removing my window glass, but I have done this type of replacement before. Recommend taking the glass out if you have never done this before.

I put off on ordering this because usually trim is a real pain to remove and replace. I’m not saying this is difficult but it is a little tedious. But when finished it is absolutely worth it. Makes a great seal. The original was broken and brittle. Worth the time and money.

Yes, the inside one is about 1.5" short but it's still better than what was in there. I new this from the other reviews when I bought so it's expected. The outside one that is more important is perfect. The old ones pull out rather hard but I use needle nose pliers to pull them straight up. Not too hard then.
