Good product, strong steel, i observe some rust on steel

It has a very good finish which gives nice glocy look. It doesn't have even slightest sign of rust anywhere as mentioned in some of the reviews. In fact it looks like shining stainless steel material although it may be chromium quoted.However, it's too early to talk about it's durability. It is made of hollow pipe with a fine glossy finish but it's not that heavy to last very long. Therefore, it seems to be little costly for Rs.925 which is what I have paid for. But it's definitely better than Fiber or Plastic which always breaks after some time.My executive office chair costing around Rs.7,500-8,000 is in very good condition except for it's Wheel Base, made of fiber, which broke down all of a sudden. Instead of discarding the chair I thought it's better to spend around Rs.1000 on it and make the chair usable again. Now it looks like a brand new chair.It was extremely easy to replace the wheel base. Even a Hammer is not required to install it. The chair fits exactly in to the 2" slot of the wheel base which is the universal size.However, it's packing was pathetic. It came in a plastic bag (no Amazon package) just stapled at the opening and one arm and a wheel of the Wheel Base had come out of the bag/exposed. But the product was intact.The wheels are fixed to a soldered base and not with srew (this may be an improvisation in new models), therefore, there is no chance of wheels coming out or getting loose.

The product seems to have sturdy legs, however the item had a cracked socket and appeared to have been previously used.Have asked for a replacement. Will update after replacement and once have used it.

Feedback post 24hours usage :The base looks good and feels sturdy but the castor wheels supplied were of poor quality.I had to salvage the existing wheels from my broken wheel base.

Easy to install and of good quality

Lot of scratches on all legs, even used one won't have this much scratches.
