These ham slices are more expensive, but are tastier and more succulent (but not wet), than bog standard ham slices.

Seriously good ham
It really is: like all of these hams from Booths that I have tried.This tastes like ham used to taste about 20 years ago - i.e. a bacony smokiness - before many retailers started to ultra-process it and add in lots of water and all sorts of horrible stuff.You can eat this on its own or, and it is great in this, put it into a tomato and basil sauce and serve with pasta and parmesan - seriously nice that way as well.
