Q: Is this product safe on cashmere sweaters?

Hi, On cashmere that's a tough one I'd say yes However the scent is fleeting at best .

Q: the product description doesnt mention what the ziplock packet is, so am i to assume its used to mix with water to refill the spray bottle?

I don’t remember getting a bag along with my spray. I do love the spray though
