Very great work shoes and is true to size. Doesnt hurt my toes and my feet even after long day at work. Slip resistant and the arch support is perfect for my feet that is beaten at work. Very durable as well.

Comfortable, built in pads are a nice touch, reflective strip actually reflects well.

I like the overall design of these 977 DRKA boots , previously purchased size 8.5,too tight even with insole replacement) purchased size 9 replacement no size issues,they are sturdy,can be laced& unlaced easily,water proof, puncture proof.That said my issues are with the sizing chart lack of width information,the steel toe doesn't cover all toes(this seems to be common for many manufacturers?)Fyi:size 9 better fit with provided insoles,I usually wear size 8.5 x wide in Skechers utility boots.So 3.5 to 4*'s boots with room for some improvement Returning the 8.5's "THANKS Amazon Liberal return policy!! I bought four pairs of these two years ago and finally wore out the last pair. These have outperformed boots 4x the price, with my personal second place going to Caterpillar Second Shift.The laces and insoles are the first to wear out and that usually signals the rest of the boot coming to its end soon. The water resistance holds up pretty well for landscaping and sprinklers, beating out Vessi when walking through wet grass.I haven't had any issues with the soles, and the seams eventually split a while after the laces tend to snap. I like the weight, as they are light enough to run around in without tripping up, and the toe is robust enough for everything I've thrown at them.I just got my new replacements after about 3-4 months of daily use per pair, or about half a landscaping season. With new insoles and laces, I could still get a bit more life out of them, but the price is right for some new sets.

Strong,durable & comfortable boots!!

First of all these look great for being such a great price. And they were comfortable right out of the box. I like the wider toe box and the protective rubber toe cap like the Keens i usually wear, but these are lighter. The reflective strip is a nice touch as well, as well as the aggressive bottoms. Wore them for a day out in the cold and they kept my feet warm and dry. The boots are true to size and are about a medium/wide width. The insoles that come with are comfortable. Only 2 dislikes but that doesn't deserve less stars. My feet to slide around on the insoles with socks, and the rubber is not stick or tacky like higher priced work boots. But still offer good grip. All said and done, great boots for the price. Would definitely buy another pair.

Had a few steel/composite toe shoes in the past to base a comfort rating on. These shoes do not meet the bar for comfort. They are also not light weight as some people have described them. However they get the job done and the price is good.
