I love this Box, but you can't buy a spare gasket for the lid. Some of the other brands even include a spare gasket. Box itself is great, but it will be useless when the gasket wears out. That's the only reason i'm not giving 5 Stars

I agonised over which stainless steel lunch box to go for in my plastic free quest. I opted for this one because of the leakproof seal. The seal and the clips are well designed and I can see that it won't leak. It was bought for my 10 year who is dexterous and strong but he did find the clips a little challenging initially as it takes some force to undo the clip and then it snaps at you, a factor worth considering if your children are younger.It is good quality metal and robust. It will last a long time and the life time guarantee is extra peace of mind.It dropped a star for me for one design flaw. The pod is about 0.5 cm too big to fit across the box meaning that there is this weird L shaped section for the rest of the food, which is not the most economical use of space and means that you can't fit a square sandwich into the box if you want to include the pod. It could so easily be fixed by making the pod a little smaller or the box a little bigger.Adding an update to this review: The silicone seal has now been redesigned apparently so this relates to the previous version but mine stopped fitting in pretty quickly rendering the lunchbox anything but leakproof. I'm not sure that I will risk getting another one for that reason alone. The other reason I will look elsewhere is that the pod will now no longer keep the lid on, again rendering it fairly useless. To be fair, I was given a refund without any quibble.

First impressions; strong, solid, 400g with the little container. Tried fitting in a normal standard sliced loaf sandwich from a popular brand and could only fit a small choc bar as well, no other room, the little container takes up over a third of the container with no other contents would not fit a sandwich. The silicone seal is good and thick should last a long time. I've given a rating on what I have experienced, fast delivery of a great little tin, unfortunately it's smaller than expected and came with scratches and a small dent. I will be looking at their larger containers.

Very nice, just a shame the lids are a dirty brown, I was expecting a brighter orange like the round set I’ve previously ordered. Would be good to mention variations from the images on Amazon.

Bought this for both work and when I'm out walking and it is perfect. Completely leak proof and really easy to clean so it doesn't get that 'smell' that I find tupperwear tubs seem to get. I use the little dish to put the salad dressing in so the salad doesn't have to sit and get soggy in it. Can just drizzle it on when I'm ready to eat. Have yet to try with warm food, but on the whole a very good, eco friendly little lunchbox.

Bought this primarily as encouragement to organise better lunches for the office. Very well made, looks epic and 100% leak proof. Been using daily for weeks now and still looks 'as new'. completely dishwasher proof also. This is a larger size which is ideal for me and primarily used for pasta based lunches (no staining or after taste). The internal smaller pot I use for dried fruit back carry separately - otherwise it gets covered in pasta sauce.

Really pleased with my new lunch box! Been looking for an eco friendly version for a while and most of the bamboo options can’t go in the dishwasher and many leak! So when I saw this I had to give it a go. I always treat these things with a little caution as I often think they’re too good to be true! But this is spot on! It fits a great portion inside and I love the little pot that I can use for berries or even yoghurt/salad dressing/dips etc!Really pleased! I might get one of the multi tiered ones too so I can pack breakfast and lunch! 😍🙌

I returned this item for a number of reasons:1. While it arrived well packed, the lunch box had a number of small “dings”, which must stem from the manufacturing process, not the handling by the seller. Due to the mirror polished surface, I found these very irritating.2. The metal surface is polished to a mirror level, which I didn’t expect from the product photos. I expected a more satin or brushed surface. This would have forgiven the dings, but I realised it would always look fingerprinted and smudged, and I didn’t expect that either.3. The silicone seal is not removable like with other products, but it is permanently in place.4. The silicone seal was not made with great care. It had crevasses and I doubted that it wouldn’t be subject to contamination with germs.5. All of the above aspects did not justify the above average price to me.
