Belling FDW120 Freestanding Dishwasher, 60cm Wide with Rapid Wash, 12-Place Settings, White

Bought this to replace a boch dishwasher that would cost more to repair than it was worth a bought the lesser model of this machine it works perfectly well so happy with it but it only has one sprinkler arm on the bottom not an additional one on the top never occurred to me to check that out compared to the Boch it seems a little flimsy but it works just as well so unless you are looking at the long long term . I am perfectly happy

The dishwasher was as described and i am pleased with it. My problem was with the delivery driver (fitter). I am partially disabled and waiting for knee replacements and live alone. The day before delivery my son drove 80 miles to me, to remove all the connections from my old machine, and so that i could carry on using the sink unit he fitted a new drainage connector with a plastic plug in it. He said to make sure i told the fitter about the plug, which i did twice. After the fitter left i put the machine on a quick wash and left the kitchen. When i returned 20 minutes later the floor was covered in water. I phoned Amazon customer service to ask them to contact the driver, they replied that they could not do that because they did not know who it was, which i find astonishing, and that someone would contact me within 16-24 hours. In the meantime one of my neighbours kindly mopped my floor for me. The fitter contacted me and said he would attend the next day sometime after 10 am. At 6 pm the next day still no sign of the fitter, so again my helpful neighbour said he would have a quick look to see if he could help. Within 10 minutes he solved the problem, and told me whoever fitted the drainage pipe had not removed the stopper plug, which he had now done for me. I phoned the fitter and he said he was sorry for not keeping the appointment, but he had been very busy all day. He asked to make another appointment, when told someone had found the plug still in place and rectified it, he apologized and assured me it would not happen again in the future, to which i replied that`s for sure. I was told my experiance would be passed to the complaints department, and i have heard nothing since. Sorry this is such a long message but i am still a bit angry about the experiance.

All the functions you would expect at this price. Satisfactory.

Easy to use, booklet a little confusing

The only reason for 4 stars is the lack of the digital display, so it is hard to ascertain how long the cycle is. Otherwise a great little dishwasher.

great dishwasher but very long cycles, the load height between the bottom tray for dishes and the top tray is a bit lower then the ones ive had before. other then that its great

If you want a budget dishwasher look no further, if I could give it 10 stars for performance and value I would. I am really happy with this dishwasher and really can't find anything negative to say about it.

Good price and value for money. Prompt efficient delivery of new dishwasher and removal of old one. Husband had no problem installing it and it cleans crockery and cutlery well. Top shelf needed more thought on how to load some of our crockery!
