Exactly What I Wanted. Easy To Swallow. Small Soft Gel. No Taste Or Weird After Flavor
I got plenty of EPA from other sources, but no DHA, and I'm not the type of person who eats the "fatty fish" they recommend to get DHA, which you really do want since its an essential omega 3 fatty acid. Fish oil, no matter what they said, did, or claimed, gave me burps that tasted how cat food smells. It was not pleasant. The "lemon" fish oil ones? They just tasted like how cat food would smell if you put lemon on it. Absolutely no help. So these were obviously out.Besides fish oil, I couldn't find many decent sources of DHA. So I searched and came across this product. It's perfect. Exactly what I needed. It's a nice, small soft gel that is easy to swallow. Best of all, it has no taste, and absolutely no after taste. The dose is also perfect because it is exactly what one should get everyday. One and done. Couldn't be happier.

Great for the memory
I find this DHA very helpful for my memory. Started taking it a couple years ago and now, at 76, my mind is sharp and alert. I only take one per day although I think two are allowed.

Great Magnesium Supplement.
These are smaller capsules than the chunky tablets by the same company. They are easy to swallow and assist with brain, sleep and muscle relaxation

Vegan DHA from algae
I like this product and bought it again. In the dry winter weather, the skin by my thumbnail would split. I tried moisturizer and lip balm but nothing helped. Now that I'm taking this vegan DHA from algae (instead of fish oil because the fish consume algae) daily, I've noticed a difference. This isn't happening anymore. So I must've been deficient. The softgels are made from carrageenan, which I try to avoid, but still a good product.

Don't notice any benefits to my health
My friend recommended I take vegan DHA. I haven't seen any kind of benefits to my health, physically or mentally. I didn't take off any stars for this as that's my personal opinion.

Good product
Haven't really taken it for long, but as far as I can tell, it's doing the job. I do like Doctor's Best and think they're a good company, so I expect this to be a good product.

These work well!
These are good, I take these in addition to my prenatals and they’re easy to swallow. My baby is doing great so I have no complaints ☺️
