I use for cooking, but mainly for homemade salsa. The flavor of Hunts is ideal.

Sometimes I don't want to open a 28oz can of whole tom's. Because, majority of the time I end up throwing the rest out. I even have it on subscribe and save. This method works great I never have to worry that I don't have my smaller can of whole tomatoes and it's free shipping. Oh yeah, and I only like HUNTS brand.

These plum tomatoes are great to use when you want a more authentic Italian taste experience and the smaller size of the can is perfect for those times when you’re NOT feeding a crowd. Hunt’s is also more economical than many of the other brands of Italian plum tomatoes.

I like to keep a can chilled in the fridge. Pour can into a bowl, and eat them out of bowl, adding some salt. then drink the juice.When I buy fresh tomatoes, many go bad before I get around to eating. Canned has long shelf life. So works better for me.

I buy these on a bi-monthly subscription as a pantry stable. They're not imported, Grandmama's Whoever, but they are consistently above average. You can use them whole or slice or crash as needed.
