This product is not just another concentrated truffle product on an already saturated market. This product has other mushrooms in it that compliment certain notes you'd otherwise miss in the stronger products.The flavor is so inoffensive and balanced that I added a bit to a beef stroganoff and it took a very simple dish into amazing territory.I am very impressed with this product and will continue purchasing it in the future and will recommend it to others.

I love this product! It taste amazing on crackers with some good truffle cheese, but my favorite way to use it is in pasta and on avocado toast! You can taste the truffle in the pate. Not salty at all. Endless possibilities in its use!

We prefer the Black Truffle Pate one from La Rustichella. This white one does not taste as flavorful and seems milder in taste.

Just a squishy, chopped up melange of rubbery portabello. If it's supposed to have a truffle flavor it doesn't but there is a slight truffle smell.

Sorry to say it doesn't have a Truffle taste. I've had really tasty Truffle Salsa when i was in italy, and this does not hold a candle to that.
