DO NOT BUY!!!! On my first use I slipped a disc in my back causing severe pain and had to have hospital treatment for the pain used it exactly how the directions on the paper that comes with it says

Didn’t have any helpful instructions as to how to position the body, for example, cushion under head or not, or legs bent to straight. I had to come back to the advert here to see their photos for assistance. Seems durable, easy to assemble, I found it relaxing and comfortable, helped with pain relief. Not sure why belt included? Two foam cushions? Is one a replacement or different thicknesses? Could have done with clearer instructions and diagrams, considering this is for back problems, you really do need to do these things right as you don’t want to cause more problems.

A sturdy stretcher and good value. I've been having severe back pain recently, not helped by long periods of time sat at my desk at home - which eventually lead me to a painful strain a couple of weeks ago. This stretcher (which a friend has said looks like an instrument of torture) has really been helping decompress my spine. I've only used it on the 'beginner' setting for 5 minutes at a time (a couple of times a day for a week) ,but it feels much better afterwards. There are several different brands around, and lots being advertised on spinal health websites, which gave me confidence to buy.

Used it at First Was Great did take the Pain off but Still got Pain it done better then my New Mattress thou
