So update on my review, had product over a week. When made up as per instructions it’s very thick and sticky and hard for me to manage but the chocolate flavour is more manageable strangely. The flavour is good, very sweet! Some products I have had in the past don’t mix that great but this one did, and only had a slight after taste that does not linger long and is something that can be dealt with

This product is good for rebuilding the body after Covid19 as the body becomes starved of protein and energy fromfood deprivation due to Covid.

I recently bought this product and it arrived with internal seal broken. I was unhappy and returned it to the amazon. So I went to the main GTN website and ordered from there. The next day I received an Amazon delivery - which I wasn’t expecting.. and it was the same thing internal seal broken. Anyway, I decided to go ahead and try the product. The product is great. I am lactose intolerant, so most of these don’t do well with me. But this particular one is ok even on the recommended serving. And the taste is on the better end of the scale. I have tried different supplements over a period of 12 years - this is actually a very good product. They just need to fix the broken seal issue which is what puts off most customers - deserves a 5 star rating… the broken seal brings it down to 4.

Awful at mixing in,too lumpy spend half hour squashing the lumps out and that's with only 2scoops!! Tried the four scoops which is recommended,had to throw it away impossible to mix! Awful taste (vanilla) like I'm eating wafers which been in cupboard for years! Obviously wont be buying again,wasted money down the drain..if I could send itbbk opened I would!

When this product arrived the seal was missing, and the container was not fullAs this is the first time i have purchased mass gainer I was not aware that the container should have been more full until a friend told me.The flavour of this shake is good, however I would recommend using more liquid than it says on the back, as when using the recommended servings this is like drinking cement; and if you're like me, will make you feel very unwell for the next 5-6 hours
