Bought it to keep in a car for food. This is the mother of all knives. It has a sharp serrated edge and stores safely. It might seem a tad expensive compared to Chinese stuff, but go wild and buy it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I loved this knife so much that I bought two more. One I’m going to keep in my car and the other I’ll give as a gift when the occasion arises.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I am familiar with Victorinox products so I had to try this knife. I wasn't disappointed. It oerates extremely smoothly and locks/unlocks easily. It is very sharp and cuts steak easily which means one may use it in a restaurant.

Perfect size and very sharp. I have been using knives made by this company since the 70s.

Perfect --- except for the absence of instructions explaining how to close the knife. In the end I found a video explanation on google. This knife is exceptionally sharp, so you should not experiment with the closing.

Practical. Light. Sharp. Just the right size. Easy to use. Overall a great travel knife.

It has a sharp, serrated blade that cuts through all types of food with ease, from meat to flaky croissants. For the price, I'd pick up a few more just to have them handy.
