Wow! I have used a variety of recipes for my tabouli (bulghur salad) and it always taste delicious. However, this bulgur added so much flavor, I couldn’t believe it. I cooked it with some veggie broth before making the salad and I did add some garbanzo beans which I don’t usually do. But this was the best I’ve ever made! (The picture was taken before I added the fresh parsley.)Great value! Great flavor!Next time trying a vegetarian cabbage rolls recipe with bulgur! Yum Yum

I purchased this to make Tabbouleh. It did not disappoint. I store in my fridge to keep it fresh. Great value!

I was a bit skeptical about trying this product because the mere mentioned of wheat in this form sounded unappetizing. I gave it a chance and am pleasantly surprised. The flavor and texture are amazing. I usually combine equal portions of rice and bulgur when I cook. Or cook it by itself as a porridge or in lieu of rice. The benefits are great, it fills you up faster than rice and is healthy alternative to rice. I love it.

Our whole family just loves wheat bulgar; unfortunately, the grocery store brands were inconsistently in stock (or not there at all). I decided to give this brand a try ... and we love it, especially the "medium course" blend. Now I only order from Amazon: it arrives in a day or two, and the bulgar we now eat is consistently available and excellent!

I love it and have been buying for years. Once had to order another brand, but as soon this one appeared back I’ve been buying it again. The taste and quality is outstanding!

This is a good product and works well with my cooking needs.However, It has a strong wheat flavor to it. Taste really wheaty to me, but I love it.

Taste is great and so easy to fix, just add boiling water! Will be purchasing again.

Good flavour, great for tabouleh. Soak and rinse for best consistancy. Will buy again!
