Good, but it's expensive
Charcoal I got was dry , clean and of right size. Gardening or barbeque if your requirement is small you can buy it. Sure it's inexpensive if it's a in the local market.

Use better packaging.
The quality of charcoal isn't bad but you really need to use better quality of package or a better plastic bag. It was tore open when I opened it and it made a huge mess.

Most of the charcoals are broken and dust of charcoals. These are not useful for orchid potting.
