These are brilliant - 5 levels (i have purchased 3 levels of resistance bands in the past) but these are so much better! I love these bands - you can carry them in your gym bag and use when needed!! They come in 5 levels of resistance: Extra lights, light, medium, heavy & extra heavy. I have used these bands in my fitness classes primarily for leg exercises, but they can also be used for upper body work. They are sturdy, have a great thickness and do not roll up/down your leg like the rubber resistance bands do. These were a great price and I would highly recommend using these for sure!

This item arrived super fast & securely packaged.It was of good quality both in material & design - works a treat in class & puts me through my paces. Good selection of resistance to build up from a beginners level to more experienced.Would certainly recommend - competitive price too.

Bought these to replace my old elastic ones, wish I would have tried these sooner! They’re feel so much better, they’re a lot tighter, made of good thick quality, durable material, comfy and don’t roll up!They’re easy to use, easy to store and the whole design and fit are perfect, I’ll never go back to using the old elastic ones, excellent value for money!

Great bands if you run fitness classes. Good quality and a great range of strengths

Received thw bands today at the discounted price. I have not used them yet in the gym, but gave them a little tester at home. They work a treat the resistance tension is defo there especially the x-heavy which is what I wanted the most. If you have not used resistance bands before, I would start on the light one for ease of use and work up as you get used to them. Loving the look and colour of them. Looking forward to using them in the gym. I did note a bit of a small on them but I am sure that will go once they have been aired out of the packaging. All in all I am pleased with my delivery, can not yet comment on durability, as just received.

I recently purchased this set of 5 resistance bands, and I'm really impressed with the quality and variety they offer! Each band provides a different level of resistance, making them perfect for both beginners and more advanced workouts. They are durable and feel great during exercises. However, I was disappointed with the packaging; it arrived a bit damaged, which made the unboxing experience less enjoyable. Despite that, the product itself is fantastic and has quickly become a staple in my workout routine. I would definitely recommend these bands for anyone looking to enhance their fitness regimen!
