Helping in irregular periods
I have PCOS for the last 10 years and I don't get my periods without medicine. My last period was in September 2025. Now I ordered this tea and consumed it for only two days and my periods came. Taste not good. Please make it lil bit tasty by adding healthy sweet like jaggery in the packet if we paying out much enough in the same price please add jaggery. Good for working women if she want to sip it in office.

Average Taste, But Beneficial
The flavor isn’t my favorite but I’m drinking it for the health benefits, and there do seem to be some early signs of improvement. Less bloating and more energy before periods.
