Great product! It gives you relief in about half an hour. I was in a couple car accident s, that weren't my fault. It's left me with numerous diagnosis. It's important to keep moving!

Bioron’s Arnicare cream is my go-to for pain, broken bones, bruises, burns, rashes, and post surgery. It cured my plantars fasciitis and has helped keep my scarring after surgery minimal.

This is my 3rd tube of arnica cream. It’s worked wonders on bruises and pain mostly having to do with my injured knee. But, I’ve also used it for temporary plantar fasciitis and inflammation from post-deep tissue massage. A little goes a long way. My only complaint that I hope Boiron takes note of is that during the first 10 uses, more product than you need keeps oozing out of the tube so it ends up wasted. Maybe use a larger tube size?

My bf somehow bruised his leg behind his knee and the bruise and pain was horrible. Deep pain. I ordered this and it arrived next day thankfully. I started using it on him right away and overnight the bruise went from a deep black and purple to a much lighter color. It did help some with pain at 1st and helped more throughout the process of healing. I used this on my bf for 3 days straight and then off and on for another week. But each time I used it on him the bruise and the pain eased some. Yes it took a while to heal fully but I believe without this product he would have taken 4 x's longer to heal and possibly end up with permanent pain in that area. Behind the knee is a bad area to injure. I can recommend this to everyone honestly. It helps with pain and healing of bruises better than anything else I or my bf ever tried. I learned about this product only in the past 5 years and which I knew about it long ago.
