Yes it can be in. There is nothing wrong with it being there it's just like a tonic, don't suppose they can tell anyway, engine just more efficient presumably. A good idea when you put it in, when you fill up, says on bottle when, but then don't put more petrol in until really low, saves diluting the benefit it gives.
