Great value shower valve
I was concerned that this shower would be a surface mounted valve as this is what was described by a review l read after l ordered it but when l received it l found that it can be both fitted on the surface or concealed in a wall ,which is how l fitted it . It replaced my broken one perfectly and gives a great performance

Wrong picture and description
Was not the valve I was expecting. In the photo and description, it was described as concealed but it was not. It is an exposed valve. My plumber had arrived to fit it but then could not carry out the job. What a waste of time. I was not happy and not even an option to speak to their customer service dept. Just directed to the website which was also useless. I won't order from them again. Am hoping for a very swift refund.
