What's the best season to buy desert rose seedlings? Seller said that they'd ship the largest seedlings first...

The photos they showed definitely seeds. The pictures show of grown little plants. What I received was dirt and no sign of any plant.

Does a desert rose grow indoors

When it is young yes. They are ok the first year indoors with a grow light. But they thrive outdoors. They need 8-12 hours of full sun so you would need a grow light. They grow naturally in Thailand so if you can provide light and humidity I suppose it would work.

What zone is best, I am in Zone 10?

They would be fine in zone 10. Only a few survived of the 12 they sent. Not a good buy as far as I’m concerned.
