And I mean exactly. The bus bars are even separated in the middle, between the center screw holes. Just like two short breadboards stuck together, you will have to bridge the gap with jumper wires. There is no continuity from end to end.But, the best thing about this for me is the lack of +/- blue and red markings on the bus bars. When working with split power supply projects like opamps, it's nice not to have a red line with a + on it that's actually serving as the V- or one blue line with a - that's ground and another that's actually V-. Nit picky, perhaps, but this is the only breadboard I've found that does not enforce labels on the bus bars. For analog projects, where there's more than just +5 and ground, this is a wonderful thing.
