Yes it does require refrigeration as any good probiotics would. The probiotics that don't require refrigeration are not very good and don't have the protection needed for your immune system. The Metagenics products were recommended by my naturopathic doctor. They are great products.

The inventory we have here at "bigDealsBay" is always new arrival, and the current name is ultra flora balance with the new design. And the amazon listing shows the old name since the barcode is still the same. Photos and title will be updated soon.
