King Arthur flour is worth the price. I have always just used KAF AP flour for cakes, and they’ve turned out lovely. I went ahead and tried KAF cake flour this time and I can’t believe the difference! My cake was even lighter and arier compared to normal. 100% recommend.

Highly recommended if you bake from scratch. Do not make a cake with regular flour. Once you use Cake flour, you don't want anything less. very very good cakes.

It’s cake flour. It’s for cake. I baked the cake. I ate it. It was tasty. I mean, the only downside is it didn’t pay my bills.

Have not used it yet, the packaging was in perfect shape nice amount for the money
