King Arthur flour is worth the price. I have always just used KAF AP flour for cakes, and they’ve turned out lovely. I went ahead and tried KAF cake flour this time and I can’t believe the difference! My cake was even lighter and arier compared to normal. 100% recommend.

Highly recommended if you bake from scratch. Do not make a cake with regular flour. Once you use Cake flour, you don't want anything less. very very good cakes.

I like baking at home. This is for my husband birthday cake. The flour is very good. I can make 2 cakes by using 1 box. The only thing I don’t like is it is more expensive than before.
