The knife I ordered arrived very quickly and was beautifully packaged in a black box. The blade is very sharp and the tip came protected with a small, hard plastic sleeve. The handle is very tactile, lovely brown/black wood grain, slightly translucent material and feels good in a hand. The whole knife is beautifully crafted. It's great to use, although it looks so expensive I keep it safely in the box it came in when not in use. Thoroughly recommended, thank you.

Having read the small number of very positive reviews I was expecting a sharp high quality knife. It arrives in nice high quality case, over-egged if anything.The knife is sharp and slices trough soft skinned tomatoes nicely, using it on other fruits such as apples the knife feels not so solid and lacks balance, as I said, disappointing.

Easy to use and sharpen, maintaining a nice sharp cut for 2 months now. Would recommend. Just wish they could go in the dishwasher.
