It worked fine for about 2 hours then the voice changer started squealing such a high pitch it's not usable anymore. Not worth the Hassel or return or replace. I tossed them in the garbage. That'd all their worth, garbage

Upon first glance I knew the headset I received was not the one I purchased. It is similar but not the same as the picture. I did try to look in the description to see if there was mentioned of substitutes but I couldn't find it. I only found this out when I read the box.The headset itself has an odd fit, there is a small gap under the ears. I ended up using my headphones instead of the ones that came with the sound board since mine at least has a flexible mic, which is what you really need if you want the soundboard to work at its best. That being said, the microphone that comes with the product works well, however, it seems less convenient as you would have to hold it about less than a foot from your mouth for it to work properly.I will probably only use my headset for the soundboard just because there are less cords to mess with and it seems to pick up so much better than the product headset.

Right off the bat, DO NOT think that the instructions are going to tell you anything productive. I figured out what to do by trial and error. It wasn't really hard. The headset works great. The voice changer works great. The sound effects work. Though I've not figured out some stuff, it took about 5 minutes to figure out most of what I needed.

Every 60 seconds this Chinese lady comes on the voice changer and says something I don't understand and I don't know how to turn it off so I can't use the voice changer cause it's annoying smh. Do not buy

We originally did not receive the voice changer box with the headphones. Sent a message to the seller and the provided us an entire new set.They were very quick to respond to our inquiry and very kind.The headphones are quite nice for gaming and my grandson loves the voice changer!!Thank you!
