I am not sure that quantum physics would be used in my everyday life, but it is very interesting to read about. I like how they included Schrodingers cat, because that is a phrase I've heard but never understood what it meant until now.

I think most people hear the term."quantum physics" and automatically assume they will.not understand a word of it. I was one of these pepple.prior to.reading this book. The author makes a very complex, abstract subject approachable. He is very upfront saying that understanding quantum physics is about suspending what we know of reality and resetting our brains to be open to off the wall possibilities. I like that the authot tried to connect these very abstract ideas to concepts that are understandable like using Schrödinger's cat as an example of the overlapping, duality that exists in quantum physics. Overall, if you want to dip your toe in the water of quantum physics, this is a good place to start.

Reading this book made it painfully obvious this author is a physicist & not a writer. There are so many unnecessary trivial tangents & hard to understand analogies that it prevented me from understanding what author was trying to convey & made it frustrating to read. My advice: start from scratch & use an actual writer. Someone that understands how to identify with readers. That's what writers do

I was searching for a book that covered multiple different quantum theories. This book covered one experiment. I was confused at first thinking that there would be different theories as I continued reading, yet there weren't. The experiment itself was quite interesting, but I think that anyone who wants to learn about some basic quantum theories should go to another book. If someone wants to learn about Richard Feynman's discoveries, this book is perfect for you. There were also a few spelling errors, but nothing major that would disrupt the reading experience.

I have an engineering background so this was easy enough to follow.If you don't have a physical science background; I still recommend it but you'll need to dedicate a bit more time to it.Focuses on Feynman's experiment... which is how it all began so it makes sense.Skips the historical aspect... just open any chemistry book from college and you'll get all that.

Author did a great job of using layman's terms. An interesting subject. Well written without be overwhelmed by too much technical jargon.

The Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle was interesting to learn about to say the least. It’s always good to learn about new things though. For example - the relationship between waves and particles. And no, it’s not the kind of waves you’re thinking about.
