Good Value and Function, but Unintuitive Operation
Okay, if you want to use this as a voice changer for anything other than a smartphone app, it is possible, but requires a specific input/output configuration that is not mentioned in the minimalist instruction sheet. I used it with a portable voice amplifier as part of a Squid Game Halloween costume with a "deep" voice changer for my mask. I have created instructions below, deduced from trial and error. It's good value, but only if you figure out how to operate it.As for the device itself, the vocal effects are good quality with no noticeable latency, and the device should last for at least a couple hours at a full charge. It comes with a 3.5 mm TRRS aux cord and micro USB charger cord in a small tin. The device is very light and no longer than the width of my hand. The "deep" and "female change" effects both produce deep, low-pitch, slightly electronic sounding effects that would work great for Darth Vader, Squid Game henchmen, etc.As seen in my image, I have a 3.5 mm TRRS male output microphone with built-in 3.5 mm female TRS headphone audio splitter (not included, but available for $10). The split mic output is plugged into the "headphone jack" jack at the bottom of the device (do NOT use the "mobile phone connection" output jack at the top of the device; it won't work for this purpose). The mic input enters the voice changer through this jack, and the transformed audio output exits the voice changer through the same jack into the headset splitter of the mic. Using the included 3.5 mm TRRS aux cord, you can connect the 3.5 mm TRS female output of the split mic to a speaker or voice amplifier (anything with a 3.5 mm female input jack). For cheap Chinese voice amplifiers that only accept 3.5 mm TS mic input, you can get a tiny 3.5 mm female stereo (TRS) to 3.5 mm male mono (TS) adapter. Turn on, select sound effect, adjust volume, and voila! Here are the other parts you'll need:3.5 mm TRRS microphone with integrated splitter for 3.5 mm TRS outputhttps://www.amazon.com/dp/B08G1K382C/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_65FMGXAA2PAF9A7N5GKE?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1Alternatively: Microphone/headset splitter with 3.5 mm TRRS male jack output and 3.5 mm TR(R)S micrphone input (standard 3.5 mm TS mic input WILL NOT WORK!)Example splitter: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01I3A47I4/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_ZZ7F1D0516VVC4VTQAEY?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1Portable voice amplifier (3.5 mm TS Mic or TR(R)S Aux input) (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08Y5762VX/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_0Q85CK8ZMYETZWQCHS0X?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1)For voice amplifier requiring 3.5 mm TS mic (not 3.5 mm TR(R)S aux) input:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002N1XMPO/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_14B61HT8J70TFJZQWDQ9?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

Didn't change the voice
Tried multiple cables and devices... but this one didn't change the voice. The sound quality without voice change was good - same as without using this device at all :-)
