Idk who needs to hear this but THIS is the eyeliner u need.
I was a huge supported of the Plum Eye-Swear-By-It eyeliner but they seem to be unavailable EVERYWHERE on the Internet. After a 2 week-long trial & error oriented research, I finally found my new staple. - Insanely matte & smudge-proof (I apply it daily for 13+ hrs) - Great precision because the tip is not a brush (I hate a brush applicator in eyeliners, it just so flimsy to use) but a pointed conical foam based tip. - Doesn't bleed when my eyelids naturally produce some oil over the course of the day. - Deep & rich black in colour, not a sad grey that looks unflattering. - Application process is fast because it doesn't dry THAT quickly, you have enough room to breathe & apply this at a comfortable pace.
