Such a wonderful resource!
This study, highlighting women in the Bible, is well written and easy to look forward to each day! I was so impressed by it that our church’s women’s group is gifting it to all the women who attend our retreat this year, and developing a long term book study using it. The resources that come along with it are great! Summary sheets, video reviews from the author, and a guide for using social media to further our faith by sharing it with others. Highly recommended! Thank you Rachel! You, and this ministry, are a gift!

A good Bible Study
I went through this Bible Study with a church group. I chose this study because it sounded interesting as it is an in depth study of women in Jesus' lineage. Having never heard of Rachel Risner, I wasn't sure what to expect but its a great Bible Study. Why? It's Biblical- there arent any odd interpretations, she is very faithful to Biblical text. AND Risner has a way of making it relevant to us today by highlighting struggles of these women in the past and how we often have the same struggles/frustrations or even sins and how God redeems us even in our failures. I particularly enjoyed learning more about Rahab and Tamar simply because I have never heard a sermon, let alone a study that specifically focused on these women. I usually don't write reviews but I made the exception because I think going through the study is well worth the effort and it seemed fitting to give praise where it is due.

Impressive Bible Study on the Impact of OT women on our Faith
This is a wonderful study about how the Lord used imperfect women in His family history - both Hebrews and Gentiles. The connection or bridge over to the New Testament was encouraging. Each lady had a different role in history and the author made their imperfect story so relevant to our life today. I will be leading this study in our Life Group study this Fall and looking forward to sharing it with our group. 😊
