Sturdy, versatile and fair price - 2 months review
I got the Moonmoon set of 3 (£15) and the Stasher sandwich size (£11) to compare for a couple months, and here’s what I found:The Moonmoon set of 3 have great value for money, sturdy bags that can hold and keep many different types of food; they save space on the fridge; they have a very tight seal (they keep liquids provided you’re sensible and don’t squeeze them too hard, they do take some level of pressure without opening no problem); They go on the freezer and they do fit a lot depending on what you’re using them for. They have always been leakproof for what I use them - I never traveled with a bag full of soup in my backpack tho, so I don’t know your standards/ideas on leakproof. Fruits, cookies and sandwiches/bagels are fine to travel tho. Also for seasoning/marinating stuff overnight in the fridge they work great. The opening is finicky but that’s what makes the seal really good, so you have to pick your battles, but I never had any problems on transporting sandwiches - you can get a nice sourdough sandwich in the bigger (orange) bag, if it’s cut in half and arranged nicely. To take the contents out just press the corners into each other and the opening should suffice. They are tight. If they’re not tight, they won’t be leakproof. Get a bigger model if you want more space, you can’t have it all. Those points are also the same for the Stasher - both perform very similarly in general, only exception is cooking directly in them. The Stasher feels overpriced comparing the two. They’re both ok to clean, but drying silicone bags out is a bit of a pain in general, you have to stack them upside down on a glass or something and forget them there for a good few hours. Not a deal breaker but could be improved. Maybe selling then with a thin stand/dish rack add-on to dry them? I don’t know.I’m buying a second trio of the Moonmoon because I really like them a lot and the differences between them and the Stasher aren’t many so for what I need, they’re more than enough.I have to say that the Stasher does work and feel a bit better, specially on closing and opening, maybe the silicone quality is what does it, you do feel the slightly difference in touch/feel of the material. But the seal seems pretty much the same and they’re equally useful to me.They’re dishwasher safe but I ended up always washing by hand for some reason so I can’t comment on that. All in all, I love them, got them at a fair price, would recommend/buy again.

Great for your items and the planet
These silicone bags are a great way to store items and not use throw away plastic bags. They are food safe, freezer safe, microwave safe and you can cook/steam items in them as well. Its so much better than throwaway plastic bags. Store food to keep it fresher for longer. I know they are expensive but based on reusability they are worth the money. They are easy to clean so great all rounder. They are soft so no edges to injure you. The seal is pretty good and they stay leak proof. Only downside i can see is the pouch opening isn't very wide so you may have to cut food in order to get some to fit. But other than that i would recommend them.

Like but not love
I like the quality. It seals well, seems durable and easy to care. But the sizes are slightly smaller than my expectation. The opening bit is hard to open so i struggle to but some bg like half cut onion.

Useful item
These are nice quality and work well for food prep. They are great for trying to save space and the 3 sizes offer a fair choice. So far no leaks. Happy with this purchase.

Very sturdy, handy size and work brilliantly in the microwave and fridge
I've used different sorts of steamer bags in the microwave for years, and have been looking for a better kind which could be re-used for much longer. These really fit the bill. In addition, they can stand up when filled (depending on the contents) and can also store things in the fridge or cupboards. The seal is similar to the ziplock style, but it's quite controllable so that, for example, you can leave a bit open for steaming in the microwave.Washing out is actually easy, the tricky bit is getting them dry after. However with a bit of persistence they can be dried properly for storage. We've been using them for a few weeks now and there is no discoloration or deterioration whatsoever. Very pleased.

These silicone bags do not have a tight seal
I like these for the flexibility of the silicone, you can use them for many uses (microwave, oven, freezer), flat bottomed so they load easily with less wasted space, and they're dishwasher safe.Unfortunately, they don't hold tight enough for my use. I bought them to use one for carrying powder laundry detergent while traveling, but after testing these thoroughly I don't feel comfortable that they will stay sealed in my luggage. The part I like the best, the soft flexible silicone, is likely just too soft for this application. With the slightest bit of air inside and fairly low pressure applied they pop open. The mess this would cause if I ever didn't have the time, or concentration, to meticulously get every bit of air out just isn't worth it to me.I don't mean to be overly critical of these bags since they seem otherwise pretty well constructed and held water (I tested this when washing them). It's just that my issue wasn't even a thought for me and I want others to know this limitation going in. For this application, it looks like I won't be able to use these softer silicone bags, but the flat and stiffer re-usable bags (that can't be microwaved or put in a dishwasher) will be a safer bet. Being flat they inherently don't hold air and seem to seal a bit tighter (probably due to the stiffer material). For those not concerned with this aspect, these could be very nice bags. I'm still only giving them 3 stars though because I feel they didn't live up to the expectation listed as they are good for travel.

Food storage
Great. I use the Seal type and recycle them not easy to wash and dry. But these go in the dishwasher. And you can wash them by hand. Easy seal. Keep fresh. Good product, good idea.

Strong odour
I'm giving this 2 stars because the product appears to be well made and sturdy, and is nicely boxed. I am, however, returning it. I have aired the bags for 24 hours and they still emit a strong chemical odour (food grade silicone is usually pretty much odourless); I would just not use them for a food product. The bags are quite thick, but the opening is so narrow that they are not really practical. Shame: I had high hopes for these.
