Excellent. Great in smaller hands
Excellent. Great in smaller hands. Kids love this pencil and have observed a definite improvement in the aesthetics of their handwriting using this Zebra pencil over other pencils. A bit light for an adult's hand.

Constantly Snaps Lead
I've been using this pencil for over three months and as much as I love the weight and feel of it, I can't ignore the fact that it constantly snaps my lead.I've tried gently compressing the top, quickly compressing it, pressing it when the pencil is perfectly vertical, but nothing seems to stop the lead from snapping after it leaves the metal chuck into the plastic lead retainer. It snapped the lead it came with, it snapped the cheap lead that I've never had snap on me before when using cheap plastic mechanical pencils, and it snapped my Pilot Eno Neox colored lead, which was the last straw for me.If you're gonna use this with cheap lead and don't mind only getting three uses out of the exposed lead before it gets snapped off from the rest of it, than this is the pencil for you. As for me, I'm gonna break it down and see if I can make a Frankenstein pencil using this pencil's metal body with the less-snap-happy internals from another pencil.
