Almost perfect
Not so thin as to disintegrate in the pot, and not so thick that flavour doesn't penetrate to the core. Soak in pre-boiled water, off the heat, and remove while noodles are still chewy. When tossing with sauces, it will cook to perfection. Still not as silky as better quality noodles, so clumps up a bit if you don't use oil after draining.

Perfect alternative to maida noodles
After having fine vermicelli, I wanted similar rice noodle that was thicker but not too thick. Meishi 1mm rice noodle is perfect and can be used instead of maida noodles. Place the noodles in boiling water and cover with a lid, after 5mins, strain the noodles, rinse it with cold water and apply oil so that the noodles don't stick. Not only did my stir fry taste good, but the noodles aso had a wonderful springy texture. Everyone liked it at home.

Taste is bland and not worth the price
The item was ok but usually this type of item has better flavour. With the price tag of Rs.390, I expected a much much better quality but was disappointed. It is ok for trying something different once in a while...

Go for it if you know how to cook it
Rice noodles are notoriously difficult to cook. You overboil it and it becomes too much starchy. But if you let it soak in hot water it becomes good.

Sticky and lumpy - do not buy!
If you're looking for Thai Rice Noodles or Meifoon that we eat in Chinese restaurants, then DO NOT buy this! This is lumpy and comes in stacked sheets. Despite following cooking instructions precisely, it was lumpy, sticky and horrible. Complete waste of money!
