Clover Station PRO (Newest Version) - Requires processing through Powering POS

We were looking for a credit card system that would allow us the opportunity to create our own menu. After MUCH research we purchsed this system. The added bonus you get with this purchase is the 24hr support team that comes with the purchase.... there are MANY options for card readers out there. The reason why we went with this system was the simplicity to set up our menu & running reports is SIMPLE! Our business is all about duplication and this allowed us to do just that. Anyone at our location can run our cash register and this system allows me, the owner to track sales simple and easy. No more late night number running :)

There is no defect in the product at all! I received the machine just as described. Now let’s talk about the setting up of the machine…Evidently you are dealing with a company other than Clover, which would not have been a problem if you could call and ask a question without being told that you need to speak to your representative that you can’t get a hold of… When I complained I was told there is no one else to speak with, not even a manager!!!!! I was told the best way to get a hold of the rep was to email him…not a problem, right? Wrong, you are spending the entire day going back and forth through email!!!! It took so long to get set up that we had to use another source for payments. The machine was never used, but I have been charged $84.95 for the past two months. I explained the machine was never used because the set up process took so long…. I was told that they would place it on a season hold for $20 a month, which never happened!!!! Stay away from this purchase and go straight to CLOVER for your purchase and processing because the company selling this is horrible at customer service. Wishing I would have checked around before purchasing.

It is not working

I mistakenly left a review on here For a Mannequin head that I ordered from a different company. I’m so sorry about that. I’ve been trying to delete the review, but for some reason I’m unable. Anyways I’ve ordered the Clover Station PRO (Newest Version. and my husband and I love it. This Company is great. My products was received on time. They have Great customer service. I will definitely recommend this company and their products.g

Great POS system....My sales rep is super helpful...I use this system for both of my 2 locations.
