Product is a useful strengthening aid.
I was a bit sceptical when I bought the product, but it does work! Do 10 reps on each of the settings and you'll get a proper upper body workout and feel pumped. Doing them with your grip in neutral is much kinder on your wrists, and the moveable paddles are quite comfortable during use too.

An excellent upper body routine packed into one small push up board.
It’s so simple in its concept. You perform pushups with your hands in various positions in relation to the body. If you follow the exercise programs. You will exercise the upper body and also have a simple cardio session to.The board is made from a sturdy plastic (I would recommend using it on a flat surface. I used it on a rug with a thick pile and it wasn’t as good.)All in all a great purchase.

Comfortable grip, easy to use, feels 'right'
This is a useful and relatively inexpensive push-up board. The handles are adjustable allowing you to isolate different muscle groups. They're also comfortable to grip and don't seem to place any undue strain on the wrists or the tendons in the forearm.The guide which accompanies the board is relatively straightforward to understand. It doesn't appear to have been written by a native English speaker but it's still far more coherent than most British people are when posting to Facebook ('u ok hun').Recommended.

Honestly you are better off without using this
Although the product idea is good, the quality isn't up to par, especially considering its £30 price. The cheap plastic material used makes it uncomfortable for your palms during push-ups as there's no support. Additionally, putting the grips back into the slots is difficult because they often get stuck.

Very Simple and Very Effective
Very quick delivery. Well packaged and comes with clear instructions and a useful workout guide.On the first day to test it out I did a full set with each handle position and it really is amazing how the same basic exercise can be adapted to work so many different areas and muscles.Well built, sturdy and also easy to fold and store. Highly recommended!

Good bit of equipment
I think this a good product to just do abit of exercise when you can. The sturdiness is good but could be better as on certain floors while doing the exercise it can slide a little. The handles are comfortable enough once you get use to it. It comes with instructions and a little training programme which i thought is great when getting started.
