Counterfeit in my opinion
Locked up my phone and computer. Look at the package carefully. So many misspellings it’s almost funny. Obviously a counterfeit. Who knows what was planted on my phone and computer while it’s was locked up wouldn’t even respond to emergency shut down. Stay away....far, far away.

Misleading! NOT simple or plug and play! Waste of time and money!
Says it doesn't require an App...yet the first thing in the directions is to download one. It's not a simple plug and play, even with an OTG cord or capacity. Then there is an apology that it may not work......WHY can't directions be written in CLEAR and CORRECT English? With all the translation programs available there is no excuse. Or just HIRE someone who has enough of an education to do it!THIS is a waste of my time and money! Will be returning!

So far it's great!! Works as expected. Does drain iPhone battery a bit.
You do need to download an app on your phone but it tells you to do so as soon as you plug it into your phone. I did need to take off the case (a tech21) for my phone to register the flash drive. The app is super simple and very easy to use. You can even make folders directly on the phone through the app, and when you go to down load pictures and videos you can select specific ones or all of them!! There is the option to download your contacts as well, not sure about other things such as music, and files from an iPhone (will post an update). So far the device has been excellent. I was able to download 1,557 pictures and videos (some were quite large and long) in under 15 minutes. It did drain my iPhone X max quite a bit (from ~90% to ~60%). The pictures did successfully transfer to the flash drive (check using my Mac book air). Did not check the quality of the photos or videos (will post an update). I did not try the USB-C or the micro-USB adaptor so I do not know how those work. I also only just got the flash drive so I can't comment on durability but is does seem to be well made.

Not useful if you are using it for an iPad with a USB C connection
This product does not work if you have an iPad with a USB C connector. It comes with a USB C adapter so it makes sense that it would work with an apple device that has USB C rather than the lightning connector, but it does not. Tech-support was no help. Don’t buy this item if you have a USB C connection on your iPad.

Piece of garbage
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT1. Multiple connections to devices kept undoing2. Transfer speed in & out was 1980's speed - a medium size file took many minutes and a folder hours.3. Some items copied into the device became unretrievable - ie LOST if you didn't save the original.

Works Great With CamPark Mini Cam. Not So Well With Canon Videocam
I tested this card reader using both of my Apple devices. Usually, the files on my CamPark Minicam are smaller, so they seem to load up okay. Well, the files saved in SLP format do. Those filmed in SP mode, or higher quality, seem to be invisible to the card reader.On the Canon,the files seem to be visible, but neither transfer, nor upload for viewing. This, however, is probably due to file size, (2.15 GB, for example.I wish the operating manual was more detailed, but it is adequate, barely.BOTTOM LINEIt is good enough, in many cases, to allow me to upload my videos to my YouTube channel at Red River Loft, where I post my experiences in starting my Racing Homer loft — Four stars out of five.

Waste of time
The App LUV is horrible. It is not working properly. I have wasted three days of mine trying to make the App work. If you have 2 to 3 thousand pictures in your iPhone, it may work but more than that you have to keep selecting photos and transfer them in segments.

Don't buy this flash drive
I purchased this memory stick for photo storage to free up space on my iphone. I cannot get it to work!! The instructions are written in the smallest font imaginable. I went on utube to get some help but the procedure used in that video is not working for me. I will not be returning since the one thing it did do was to copy my contact list from my phone! And I could not get it to close down until I shut down my computer! What a waste of an afternoon.

Needed this to transfer scanned pdfs to emails.
Love this flash drive!!! It works like a dream! Soooo user-friendly & easy to save & move files around! This is exactly what I needed to save & backup files from my iphone to my MAC & vice versa. Cloud storage is convenient but I hv always had trouble scanning filled-in docs from my printer into pdfs to email out. This flash drive solves my problem!👍💪
