Bloom: A Floral Adult Coloring Book

I sent this to my Aunt, who used to teach painting classes and sold a lot of her artwork. She has dementia and does not want to clean paint brushes and make a mess. This is PERFECT for her because she enjoys it so much and uses colored pencils I purchased separately and shades in colors for her desired effect. She is very pleased with her results and greatly enjoys having something to accomplish. It keeps her busy and away from TV. I will buy another one when she nears completing this one.

I’m quite new into adult coloring. This book alone has been the first click to understanding more of what I do and do not like. As you can see from the cover and review photos, many pages have lots of room for detailed layering and blending of colors, while the simplicity of other designs are meant for just one or two colors. This book, and Ultra-Fine sharpie markers have given me my first “color bug” as an adult. The right mediums for your personal preference is worth searching for!

I just got this book a few days ago and have only colored in a few pages, but I LOVE all the art in here. Coloring these in has been a nice way to unwind while thinking, listening to a podcast or a new album, etc. It's super calming and meditative, and finishing each one feels like an accomplishment.I personally prefer the level of detail the artist uses in her linework, since it leaves enough room for coloring in nice gradients. Some coloring books have overly ornate linework that doesn't really leave room for that, and other books have so little detail that the art just isn't that interesting. This strikes a good balance.

LOVE!This coloring book is one of my favorite. The artwork is beautiful and I spend lots of time coloring in this book. I gave it a four but its more like a 4.5 :))As I mentioned the artwork is beautiful, the only thing is I like to color with markers and it does bleed through the pages a bit. BUT that is okay because I just put a scrap piece of paper behind the page i'm coloring and problem solved! I really like this coloring book and even think i'm going to buy more from Karen Sue Chen's shop!!Hopefully this review helps :))-4.5 stars🌟

I just got my coloring book today I must say its all I thought it was to me its beautiful I really love the matt look to the cover I dont stay far from you we had to go there when hurricane Laura hit our city I took a lot of my coloring things with me so I could keep my mind off things I love this book theres nothing I dont like at all most of all love the way you incorporated the crystals and a few more things in your coloring book I will enjoy coloring these pages and I hope that your dreams come true I can feel you're a very special person and I hope who ever touches this book will feel as I do thank you Karen its beautiful Cindy.....

This coloring book exceeds my expectations. I love that the images are just printed on one side of the page, so I can put up my finished art. The paper is thick and high quality, so color doesn't bleed through. Every illustration is so creative and inviting to color. This is a great bonding activity to do with my niece, or just in the evenings by myself after a long day. I love the bees, crystals, and butterflies sprinkled into the book. I will definitely be buying more copies to give as Christmas presents to help my stressed out relatives to chill.

I thought about buying this book again because I’ve colored the whole thing and that has NEVER happened. I’ve purchased alot of coloring books from Amazon and this is by far my favorite that I have ever purchased!

Okay I love these designs! They’re beautiful and I enjoyed coloring them in with my pens! The only drawback is I feel like the black lines were washed out. Not very dark. I wish they were darker, more rich. I ended up tracing over them with sharpie which was fine.

Great books. I got for both myself and my Mom and she loves hers

Lovely Coloring book! The flowers are really pretty! My only dislike is that I wish the pages where thicker.
