Most "sugar-free" chocolates just don't taste good if we're being honest. But these are soooo good. I used them to make cookies and they were so tasty. Less sugar but in a better way... you don't feel like trash after but they're still so good.Also usually hesitant to try flavored chocolates but these literally tasted like chocolates caramels. My new go-to for healthier baking. Thank you Lily's!!!

These chocolate chips are delicious! I made some healthy banana bites using these Salted Caramel baking chips melted over the banana slices with some buckwheat, and it taste so much better than I was expecting. The Salted Caramel flavor is the right amount of sweet but has also a very decadent flavor, like an expensive boutique chocolate candy. I imagine making choco chips with these would be mindblowing! or also melted over ice cream! yummm

I bake for a local homeless shelter. Needed salted caramel chips but Hershey's has discontinue their salted caramel chips, so I substituted Lilys Chocolate Salted Caramel Baking Chips and WOW the cookies are great.

I hate giving this product one star....I'd rather give it to the shipper. I've ordered these before from Amazon and they are soo delicious! However, this last order I received arrived totally melted ....all three packages. Although the shipper had taken time to pack in cold packs, the cold packs were no where near cool, they were as warm as the product. I tried to salvage them by refrigerating them. Well, they shaped up, but into one solid cluster of chocolate! However, still delicious to break off a piece and enjoy that way (which only works if you don't plan on baking with them into cookies, etc.). Could I have returned them? I'm sure I could have. Did I want to take my time and efforts to do that? No, Will I order these again off of Amazon? Doubtful. My husband located them in our local Wal-Mart so I'll go that route in the future.
