A Superior Phone that 100% Works with RingCentral
This is a BEAUTIFUL phone. And I can now confirm that this is 100% provisionable by RingCentral. RingCentral doesn't sell the VVX600, only the VVX500 and this is very much worth getting. Of course when I called RC, they gave me the spiel about how they aren't sure it will work and if I had bought it from them, it would already be set up and ready. I told them I knew it would work and to please stop telling me their nonsense. I knew more about it having researched the issue fully, then they did. Provisioning went without a hitch. They had to enter a URL into the phone, and that's all it took. The phone is great. Sounds amazing. Simply couldn't ask for more. Works great with RC. If you are thinking about getting one, for just a bit more than the 500, you can have a big, beautiful, touchscreen phone.

Technical knowledge required
TL;DR - Technical knowledge required for some telecom providers. Firmware out of date and problematic. The phone comes with an old buggy version of the software. 5.2.3. This version is unable to be updated via the Webserver. To fix this, you need to make a TFTP server with the new version of the software. Change the files that say 000000000000.cfg to the MAC/ Serial of your phone. Then, boot the phone. Cancel loading of the application (default pw is 456). Enter the provisioning server settings. Change the server type to "Trivial FTP" then enter the IP address of the TFTP server you created. Exit, exit, save and apply. The phone will boot, enter the application, then eventually reboot into the updater. Give it time to do its thing. When it is finished you will see the new POLY logo before the application sends you to the main screen.

It feels like magic
I ordered this phone to test whether it would work with our O365 and MS Teams setup. I had my doubts that it would work since this phone is not certified for MS Teams. After logging into the web app on the phone and selecting 'Skype for Business', I entered in my O365 info and like magic it self configured. A great little phone. Now that I know it'll work I'm going to buy a bunch for our office. Great Polycom sound. I can't relay how easy it was to set it up. MS and Polycom have done a great job on making these easy to configure.

NO POWER SUPPLY, BE SURE TO ORDER ONE IF YOU ARE NOT USING PoE
Would love to review the phone... However, it DOES NOT INCLUDE A POWER SUPPLY and I am having trouble even sourcing one on Amazon that can be here in less than a week for less than $50. This is not really a review of the phone but a review of the way the product is sold by the manufacturer. I know that this phone is also made for PoE. But, in my opinion it should come with the power supply.

Good phone, excellent vendor (Telecom Nation).
The phone itself is quite good, and the seller -- Telecom Nation -- was excellent. It just went to the top of my vendor list. I also have a VVX 500 and a bunch of older Polycoms. I'm no shill. I'm a federal litigator at a California law firm. The Telecom Nation owner himself called me immediately and solved a software problem that no one else could. Not Polycom, not RingCentral, not a half-dozen tech support people elsewhere. And not the folks at another online vendor I won't mention. In terms of money, it surely wasn't worth his time for one small customer. So the owner must take seriously his company's reputation in the market. There's no substitute for that in buying online. Incidentally, the software problem originated with Polycom. The VV 600 is the new top of the line model, and they're apparently still working out some of the kinks. Still, the 600 is a step up from the 500, mostly in the large touch screen. Voice clarity is very good, and the build quality seems solid. When comparing, make sure to note whether the seller is including an AC power adapter. TN included the Polycom brand 48 volt adapter. Another vendor left it out of the box. Without the Polycom adapter, you have to buy a separate PPOE power injector (about $40), or the phone is useless. Good phone, excellent vendor.

Doesn't seem to work with Ringcentral
Spent almost 2 hours on tech support with Ringcentral. Still not working. I will most likely be sending it back. Going to try one my time on tech support with them. Transferred to level 2 tech support at ring central and they said they do not support the vvx600. I am going to send it back.

I LOVE THIS PHONE.
I LOVE THIS PHONE. Polycom's are a little more difficult to setup than some phones, but the call quality, particularly on speakerphone, is just phenomenal. Even setup is easy if you don't choose to get into the advanced stuff. Basic VOIP configuration is easiiy done with a web browser. It's only the advanced stuff like customizing soft keys that takes a little more effort. This was the third IP phone that I tried. Had problems with the build quality of the YeaLink and found too many incompatibilities and call quality issues with the Snom. This one works just great with Asterisk 1.8. I've finally found THE ONE. I plan to buy more of these for other staff members.
