Chef Paul Prudhomme's Magic Seasoning Salmon Magic, 24-Ounce

Love this seasoning especially for salmon, as well as any fish. I have not tried on chicken or other meats. I have used this seasoning for years. I used to be able to purchase this at COSTCO but they no longer carry at the store I shop. Was sooooo glad that I found this on AMAZON. Thank you.

This is my favorite seasoning to fix Salmon! I have fixed it the same way for years and years - just this and butter in my oven! It comes out SO GOOD every single time. My family begs me to make it and they won't eat it any other way! I've even had others try this who claimed to not like Salmon but ended up loving it once they had it made with this seasoning! I'm telling you... GET THIS!

The sugar makes the fish brown nicely. When cooking salmon, we always reach for this seasoning.

The seasoning has a good flavor but there is not much if any difference between this and many other off-the-shelf seasonings you can get at your local store.If there is little or no difference between this seasoning and the price is the same or less then you might want to get it. Otherwise, just go to any of your local stores that sell BBQ or cooking seasonings and buy a seasoning that you like and are familiar with. It is certainly worth trying once so yo can make up your own mind. We got this seasoning due to the strong recommendation of a friend.
